Can I open the parcel before I pay?
No. The courier does not allow it, and that is their rule rather than ours. What you get instead is 30 days: if the unit is faulty we send a new one, and you do not need the box or a receipt.
How long does delivery take?
One to two working days inside the UAE. Two to three for Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Iraq. Free everywhere, no minimum order.
What does the warranty actually cover?
A unit that stops working inside 30 days. We send a replacement, not a refund. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and we start it there.
Is paying by card cheaper?
Yes, 5% off the order. Same delivery, same warranty. Paying up front costs us less than collecting cash, so we hand that back.
